Service allows users to upload images and receive keywords and descriptions generated using artificial intelligence (AI) technology and software by Service.

Users must comply with the following rules regarding uploaded content. It is prohibited to upload images that contain:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
• Content related to or threatening violence, including images of physical violence, blood, and cruelty.
• Content that is discriminatory or offensive based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or other status.
• Hate speech or content that incites hatred.
• Content that violates privacy rights, including images of individuals taken without their consent (except for Editorial content).
• Materials containing defamation.

3.2. Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of the country they are located in, as well as international laws and agreements governing internet activity.

4. Responsibility for Content

4.1. User Content

Users are fully responsible for all images uploaded to the Service. The Service administration is not responsible for user content.

4.2. Content Control

The Service administration reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, as well as to suspend or block user access to the Service without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Quality of Service

The Service is provided "as is." The Service administration does not guarantee that the provided keywords and descriptions will meet the user's expectations or be accurate and complete.

5.2. Limitation of Damages

The Service administration is not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or special damages, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Privacy

The Service care about your privacy and do not collect your personal data.

6.1. Data Storage

We only store the following data:

• Your email address.
• The last 500 uploaded images in a compressed format in very low resolution.

6.2. Use of Images

The Service guarantees that it cannot use your images for any purposes other than providing services to you.

6.3. Payment Data

All payment data and credit card information are processed through stripe.com and payoneer.com. The Service does not store your payment data.

7. Changes to the Terms

The Service administration reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on the Service website. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms.

8. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Service administration is registered.
