Keywording.ai Return Policy

Keywording.ai (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") tries to make the return process as straightforward as possible. The Service offers returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. You can return the product and receive a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are only possible if usage is below 10% of purchased tokens and in the equivalent of unused tokens.

To Return

To return a product, send a Return Request via email at contact@keywording.ai with the receipt and the reason for the return. After receiving the Return Request and checking the status of your balance, Support will process the refund. Processing the refund takes at least 15 days from the date we receive the Return Request.
